A huge thank you to everyone who supported our annual Galway Races Fundraiser. All funds raised go towards essential maintenance of our club grounds and facilities. 

Our pitches are currently being sanded and this is a prime example of where some of the money raised goes.

Fundraising events like this can only happen when there is a massive effort from a lot of people. Firstly, thank you to all our sellers and collectors, without you pushing the event on the ground it simply wouldn't be as successful. Secondly, thank you to everyone who bought a ticket, your support means we can keep and upgrade our facilities to a high standard.

Finally, a special thank you to Michael Ryan, Catherine Fahy, Stephen Malone, Padraig Hynes, Susie Pearl, Niall Hayes and Níall Heffernan who were all part of the team at the 'Galway Races Hub' in the clubhouse who gave up their time over 3 long days taking over 1600 entries from calls and texts in that time. Also, special mention to our caterers Sandra and Jacqueline over the 3 days who kept us going with scones, sausage rolls, and sandwiches!!!
