Galway Races Fundraiser 2025
It's that time of year again folks! 🏇🏇🏇
🎟 Tickets available now
All funds raised go towards essential maintenance and development of our Gaa grounds.
Physical Tickets can be purchased from all our adult Hurling and Camogie players, coaches, committee members, and all local businesses.
There is also the added bonus of supporting your club no matter what part of the country or world you're in as tickets are also available online. Spread the news to family and friends further afield that tickets are available online. The Fundraiser will be run on Tuesday 29th July, Wednesday 30th July and Thursday 31st July.
First 6 races each day
Simply select a horse number for each race and submit all 6 entries along with your name and ticket number an hour before the first race by Texting or Phoning 0852301877 or 0852301878
For example:
WG2021 Joe Bloggs
Race 1 Horse no. 4
Race 2 Horse no.7
Race 3 Horse no. 5
Race 4 Horse no. 2
Race 5 Horse no. 12
Race 6 Horse no. 8
*** A horse number must be selected for each race ***
Points awarded as follows: 1st 25 Points, 2nd 18 Points, 3rd 10 Points
Double points for the winner of the feature race of each day
Overall winner (over 3 days) wins €1000, 2nd Place €400, 3rd Place €300, 4th Place €200
Daily Prize winner gets €200
(Prizes shared in the event of a tie)
